My priorities focus on protecting taxpayer dollars, strengthening the infrastructure we depend on, and reopening the channels that let residents shape their township.
- Reducing the long-term municipal tax burden on residents
- Focusing on road and infrastructure improvement & maintenance
- Reviewing the OPP billing model
- Generating revenue from the new Administrative Building and other Tiny assets
- Establishing commercial zones and encouraging local business
- Reinstating regular town-hall meetings
- Revising the deputation process
- Finding healthy, environmentally friendly ways of managing septage
- Working cooperatively with neighbouring municipalities and Simcoe County on forests and trails
- Liaising with neighbourhood, sport, and environmental associations on shared concerns

Jessie brings 40+ years of experience with multinational financial institutions and insurance companies — assessing risk, reading the fine print, and making complex decisions in the public interest.
As President of the Bluewater Dunes Ratepayers Corporation since 2016, she has listened to residents and worked with the township to find real solutions.
